Another Menu For Breakfast


HASHBROWNS

It's fascinating to think that the average American eats 134 pounds of potatoes a year,or over 365 potatoes per person per year-that's an average of more than one potato a day.







Step 1 of 4
Peel the potato (2 potatoes)

Step 2 of 4
Grate the potato

Step 3 of 4
Add the ingredients
- Blackpepper
- Onion
- Salt
Mix into a bowl of grate potatoes

Step 4 of 4
Cook hashbrown
- Put the dough of grate potatoes into frying pan
- Still in medium heat
- Press it
- Add salt
- Flip it
- Press it
- Add blackpepper
- Flip it again
- Add colbyjack (another type of cheese)
- Cover
- In low heat
- Uncover
