CHICKEN FRIED STEAK

I love chicken! Who didn't like chicken? No one i think.Did you know guys? In 1998,Oklahoma's hate legislature made Chicken Fried Steak part of their official state meal.

And know i'd like to share that recipe to you guys.

Step 1 of 6

Crack an egg into a bowl (5 eggs)

Step 2 of 6

Grate the bread (just 1 slice)

Step 3 of 6

Dip the food in egg,then roll it around in the coating.

Step 4 of 6

Spread the butter on the frying pan.

Step 5 of 6

Cook Chicken Fried Steak

- in medium heat

- press the chicken

- add salt

- flip the chicken

- press the chicken

- add blackpepper

- flip the chicken

- cover the frying pan

- in low heat

- uncover

Step 6 of 6

Making sauce

- add milk

- in medium heat

- stir

- add flour

- stir

- in low heat

- add salt and blackpepper

- stir

- in no heat

Then,put the chicken on a plate and coat it with the sauce.
